Each year our St. Anne 5 th grade class attends four days at the School of Environmental Education (aka Camp Kappe) in the Spring semester.
The S.E.E. staff offers an intriguing experience for these students who come from private, parochial, and public schools.
The students, their teachers, and the chaperones learn about food chains and life cycles. They study botany, wildlife, farm animals and gardening.
At Camp Kappe, students gain a better understanding of stewardship principles and are thus better able to protect our God-given resources and to use them wisely.
