History

Welcome to St. Anne Catholic School, a cornerstone of education excellence in the Diocese of Beaumont!Since the founding in 1937 as the parish school for St. Anne Catholic Church, this institution has stood as a beacon of learning and growth, shaping future generations with unparalleled dedication and spirit.

It all began in a humble four-room schoolhouse, staffed by the committed Sisters of St. Mary of Namur from Belgium. Under the leadership of Sister Margaret, alongside pioneering educators like Sister Alice Claire, Sister Agatha, and Sister Mary Irma, St. Anne laid down its roots with a promise to provide quality education—a promise it has kept for more than eighty-five years.

As time marched on, so did St. Anne's commitment to progress and innovation. The once modest building has blossomed into a sprawling campus featuring state-of-the-art facilities that cater to both academic prowess and co-curricular enrichment. From cutting-edge Clear Touch Interactive Boards to iPads and Chromebooks enhancing classroom learning experiences—St. Anne stands out as the most technologically advanced school in its area.

But it’s not just about tech! Our students thrive with access to diverse elective courses that ignite passion and curiosity—Spanish for global communication skills; Robotics for future engineers; Art for creative expression; Athletics for teamwork and health; American Sign Language for inclusivity; Musical Theatre for budding performers—the list goes on!

St. Anne Catholic School isn’t just an academic institution; it's an inspiring community where students become lifelong learners ready to make their mark on the world with confidence and compassion! Join us as we continue this remarkable journey where history meets innovation every single day!
